Frustrating

No sign yet, although I was promised it would be up by today, so nobody knows I am there. I opened and had 1 customer who knew I was opening today. The landlord is doing the signs, so I have no leverage to get it done. All phone calls and e-mails go unanswered. I guess the next rent check is going to be a bit late.
