Moving Forward

I have been in contact with a leasing rep for a local strip mall.  The spot is on the side of the strip and blocked from the road by a bank’s drive-thru, but the size is perfect and the rent is not enough to keep me awake at night.  He said I can put an easel on the sidewalk to let people know I’m around the corner.  This might actually work.

Next comes the Diamond account.  We’ll see how that goes.
